RMJ Small Business Services is Suing the Individuals Below

Occams Advisory is now facing litigation initiated by us. We and our representatives referred clients to Occams to facilitate their Employee Retention Credit filings. After the IRS issued refunds and those clients paid Occams’ invoices, millions in commissions have gone unpaid to us and our field, after exhaustive attempts by us and our legal counsel, to collect what we’re rightfully due.

Our lawsuit alleges non-payment of contractual commissions, wrongful withholding of earned compensation, and systemic mishandling of obligations to affiliates. In addition, they violated a non-solicitation clause by cutting a side deal with our affiliate Susan Margiloff that fraudulently diverted RMJ’s share of commissions.

We ask affected partners to stand with us as we hold Occams Advisory and its executives accountable. Together, we will pursue what is rightfully owed.

DELTA AIRLINES FILES CHARGES AGAINST OCCAMS CEO

Sued By Delta Airlines

Delta sued Occams CEO Anupam Satyasheel, among other defendants, for running fraudulent travel websites and impersonating Delta, both online and over the phone.

They allegedly deceived Delta’s customers, exploited Delta’s bereavement/medical policies, and profited by overcharging customers. In the lawsuit, Delta sought injunctions, damages, and punitive relief to stop the schemes and recover losses.

Defendants engaged in fraud, trademark infringement, counterfeiting, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment, damaging Delta’s reputation and customers.

We Have Officially Filed Suit

Nature of the Action. Plaintiff [RMJ Small Business Services, LLC] (“Plaintiff”) brings this civil action against Occams Advisory and certain members of its executive leadership (collectively, “Defendants”) for fraud, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment arising from Defendants’ failure to pay agreed referral fees.

As alleged herein and on information and belief, Defendants solicited Plaintiff’s referrals with explicit assurances regarding fee schedules and timely payment, knowingly misrepresented their intent and/or ability to pay, induced Plaintiff’s performance, accepted the resulting business and revenues, and then refused to remit referral compensation. Plaintiff reasonably relied on Defendants’ representations and suffered ascertainable damages.

*This action is wholly unrelated to any dispute or matter involving Delta.

Relief Sought. Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages in an amount to be proven at trial, pre- and post-judgment interest, punitive damages for willful and malicious fraud, costs, and attorneys’ fees as permitted by contract or statute, together with such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.

Voices of Justice

“They ruined my credit. I’m in a lawsuit with Discover and expect more to come. I paid them $1,200 a month and they did nothing—no proof of work, nothing. Then they forced me to sign away my rights just to get a refund, or they’d keep my money.
Horrible people!!!!”

Anny Riveron

“As an RMJ agent, I worked hard for my commissions, but Occams Advisory has withheld payment, showing a lack of honesty and integrity. My family was depending on that income. On top of this, one of my clients is being audited by the IRS and can’t get timely support, as Occams rarely responds to calls or emails. Another client tried for six months to reach them about his account, but never received a reply.”

Jason Sullivan

“Occams owes me about $20,000 in unpaid commissions from two top ERC clients. Despite waiting for IRS payouts, they’ve refused to pay, caused me significant stress, and failed to support clients during audits as promised. I’ve lost all confidence in them—they’re the worst company I’ve worked with.”
